Even I don't eat salad. When I was a baby, my momma tried to feed me salad, and I'd eat it but spit the lettuce out. To this day do I refuse to try lettuce. BUT I eat tomatoes with ranch dressing.

Hah, I'm not a big fan i'll be honest, most of the ingredients are bland and taste like soil, unless the dressing is nice or it's just a bit on a subway i don't bother.

I love cherry tomatoes for example..and coleslaw goes with salad FOREVER.

But i HATE beetroot, had a bad experience with my stepmum with that. I told her i wanted to try something different for once when i was like....8, so she decided that meant i wanted a plate full of salad crap that kids will most likely hate xD
