I normal go on 3-5. sometimes I'll have an hour power nap but other than that meh I'm good.

I'm a tired person,apparently I need a lot of sleep.
Like sometimes I get 10 hours at night and then by the afternoon I'm taking a nap.
It suuuuucks, I hate feeling tired.

aww. I used to be like that when I was going threw puberty but even as a child I'd stay up all night and play with my toys. My body needed it when I was growing.

I usually stay up until midnight so I wonder if I go to bed earlier if it would change anything. ...But I stay up until then for a reason.
