RAK tries to get organized early
however, RAK has learned that they will not be given out until the end of the event. as we have had people take really expensive prizes, poof and never return nor give back to RAK via posting or gifting new members [sosad]

it's just sad to see people take and poof and keep coming back to do so
now if they gave in return or kept RAK active it would be well worth it
but really rare ones just irk me to lose to someone who does not come back
