I'm trying to decide if I have the mental energy to go to a party tonight with my parents. Not sure, but lots of people will be there who it would be nice to see... Hmmm. But that'd also require me being social.

If I may ask, what kind of party is it, Cloud? I'm thinking that if it's a sit-down dinner type of party, then maybe it would be easier to just socialize with whomever you may feel comfortable...but of course that is also socializing that maybe you don't feel up for at the moment?

no i just added the lacing at the back. the rest of the vest was a present. it was a few sizes too big and this was the easiest way to fix it.

i did make the bunny dress from scratch though. following a pattern, but still.

Okay. I had a brother. One of the cheap beginner and learning models and didn't want to just jump in and buy the cheapest and first one I saw this time. I have heard Janome is a good brand. I might save up and just buy the serger.
