What I gather is buy fresh/frozen fruits and veggies, and stuff labeled low sodium.

So what if I want to make spagehtti? Look for low sodium sauce?

Nope.
One is 4k, and two are for is 7k and another is around 5k.
and I need two for my mule and this account.

I think they do make low sodium spaghetti sauce. Any sodium you cut out by using low sodium options will help.

Prego makes a no salt added spaghetti sauce that has sodium at 40mg per serving.

Just say, er, can i have the new CI please? xDD

Another option, if you cannot find the no salt added and have the extra time is to make your own marinara sauce. But I can understand if that wasn't an option. I only make my own marinara on special occasion and when I have the time.
