There are delicious veggies here, too string beans <3

salvete; they swell up because of the sheer force needed to extract teeth. Especially adult teeth, they are deep rooted, you often get brusing to the jaw (which i did down to the bown) and neck due to the way they have to use your face for leverage. Also there's a lot of soft tissue their dealing with, and when interrupted or damaged the soft tissue swells C:
