For piercings, I don't think I'm as afraid of the initial piercing itself as I am afraid of having it jerked out by mistake.

I don't like needles either, but only when they are taking blood out of me, or putting stuff into me.

Like an IV or a blood sample. I get so scared I forget to breathe and I faint.
But when I got my nose pierced I didn't faint at all! I was actually feeling really good once it was over, it didn't even hurt!

The tattoo artists who will tattoo over scars do some amazing tattoos.

I found a thing on amazon which lets you do ear piercing yourself with a disposable piercing gun.

Nope. I'm not gonna fuck with my own ears if I want a piercing.

Piercings always look so hot on people, but I can't pull them off. [cry]

I have pierced ears, but I have ears which are super sensitive to pretty much any metal... even the ones meant for people who're allergic to other metals... yeah, so I don't wear earrings. I let my ears close up.

I have my ears pierced too, but mine were pierced when I was a little kid. I haven't worn earrings in many years until recently and I was surprised but my piercings haven't closed up! I haven't worn earrings in at least three years and then when I put them in again a couple of weeks ago, they went in super easily and didn't hurt or anything. :O

I find that with earrings/rings the more expensive they are the better they feel. I used to buy nose hoops from Hot Topic and they hurt all the time and then I bought one from a local tattoo/piercing parlor for about $70-$80 and it didn't hurt anymore. Don't know what was up with that!

I pierced my ears when I was 19, and due to how sensitive my ears are - I have massive scar tissue in both ears, so I can't even get earrings back through, but it's not worth it to me due to how painful and itchy they get. D:

Oh, I mainly wore the earrings my mom made - she'd try to go with metals that shouldn't make my ears react badly, sadly none of them worked. I eventually just gave up.
