Naps can be helpful,
I was told that if you sleep a really long time, often, then that's your brain's way of trying to recover itself, so you really do need the sleep.

I only sleep off my depression if it becomes unbearable for me to handle.
And I am someone who hates showing any sort of emotion such as crying.
I don't know why. So when I feel I will explode I just go to bed and explode before I go to sleep. I know it's stupid XD

But eh. it helps.

Things at home and online with friends have just been very hard for me lately.
Not to mention the ex from like 2 years ago coming back Dx
I've been a huge ball of stress and anxiety.

Bottling up emotions is not healthy either... it will only make it worse in the long run... Just saying from someone who bottles up feelings and then explodes when things are just too stressful.

To me, it's not really bottling it up.
I just don't like talking to people about how I feel.
Makes me feel really awkward and weird. And there is just too much. From like more then 6 years ago i have in me that if I do explode i may explode everything all at once o___o;;

I don't really know everything that does bother me though.
So I just ignore it.

There is nothing wrong... WHAT SO EVER with crying, even if it is in a private place where no one will come in and see you.
You don't need to talk, what about writing down how you feel... Bottling it up is HORRIBLE and honestly you shouldn't do it.... exploding is not good, at all.

But you know what, do whatever you want.

I know nothing is wrong with it.
I just don't like doing it.

What seems to help is just writing what i feel in a document.
I'm not what you'd call normal XD

it takes me too long to make an avi these days that I like. Tried making this look like I'm looking over from another cliff with a waterfall. Did it work?
