Yep, we went in 2006. ^_^ So it's been quite awhile now.
When we went, it actually was a pretty sunny and not as rainy as we expected it to be. :]

Alright, I just need to take a break from looking for pictures. It takes energy to look for ones I wanna share.

I'm not sure exactly what they are - they were out in the edge of the Desolation Wilderness where I was on a hike with my family. :) We were waiting for the boat back to our car. :)

It was! They do look similar. :]
They're not quite the same - I think they're a species of lily but not quite a tiger lily, maybe? :P Either way, I still liked them! :D It was hard to get a decent pic of them because it was breezy and they kept moving and blurring. xD
