Hey everyone. How are you all today?
I was bored. Decided to do some baking. I am attempting to make scones. I'm trying out a recipe for lemon scones I found on pintrest. Scones are hard to make. How do people get them to be nice neat little triangles? Mine just kept crumbling around the edges. They smell good though. |

Scones are more like a biscuit/cake. Not really either exactly. Not sure how to describe them.

Mmm. Yum. Just took them out of the oven about two minutes ago. While they were baking I threw together a basic glaze for them. Couldn't wait for them to cool. Ate one while it was still hot. They look a little messy but they turned out very tasty
