I'm in the same situation here. cough cough drip drip. I'm eating better today than I have been. The past week I was eating only soups.

Alex and I are in the ER with Soph who took a really bad fall and hit her head hard. D: (Mum came to get Soph so that we're not trying to keep Soph calm and entertain Bec.)
Alex is with her and the doctor while they take her in for a scan.. I'm not even sure I'm comprehending anything the doctor is telling us. *sighs* :( Can this just be a bad dream? |

:( It really is! I just keep wishing I would wake up. They had to mildly sedate her, so Alex is currently holding her - which thankfully they're ok with - while we wait for the doctor to go over the results of the scan, and we wait for her to wake up. *sighs* :( This is not how I wanted to spend my Sunday. [cry]
I'm just trying to keep myself occupied while we wait. :/ |

So.. today has been the day from hell... :/
... 7 hours later, we're finally home. Omg, I'm just ready to crash!! D: Mum has Becca - and Becca gets a special Grandmum/granddaughter sleep over night! Because it's too late, and she's already asleep at my parent's house. Sophia just has a mild concussion - but we were terrified that she might have had a skull fracture... but thankfully, not! It just took so long because well it was the ER, and they also wanted to check everything just to make sure... But ugh - today just ... can I go to bed and pretend that today didn't happen. D: I've a feeling neither of us are going to be getting much sleep tonight. I'm going to be that clingy mum for the next week or so - Soph's not going to be happy, but right now - I don't care. :( I need cuddles - Alex is giving her cuddles now, while I just try to relax. Just wanted to update y'all. |
