Faces change as your post count goes up. You can add in your own text instead, but I don't know how since I don't.
"Penpal" means they help with testing E-mails or something on that order. Someone else can fetch the thread for you. |

To change the thing under your name: go to my Account -> Edit Your Details -> then down to Custom User Title.
