if you ever have a chance to try some, Raven, you so should! the crust is think, but not cracker like, it's a true pizza dough taste it doesn't hurt my stomach like garlic buttered doughie pizza dough does plus it's what i grew up on so it will always be my favorite type of pizza. grandma's, aka nonni's pizza is my all time favorite. it's just sauce, basil and mozzarella [drool] simple but delicious and HUGE slices! https://photos.travelblog.org/Photos...l-places-0.jpg |

We have a place here called Sugar Park, and they make a pizza that's too big to put on the table when you're eating there. They have to put it on a tray stand to serve it. The crust is good, too, not too crackery, and not too doughy.
And Mardi Gras Zone, which is mostly a grocery store, does pizza, and it's amazing, too. They have a huge brick oven right inside the store. |
