Panic attacks suck!
I had a panic attack at work today, I thought I was having a heart attack abut I was too proud to tell anyone that I wanted to go to the hospital.

Those are so scary, I'm glad you didn't have a panic attack, Dia!

well I just washed my face. Washing my face after crying always feels SOOOO refreshing...
Like I'm physically wiping away all the anger and sadness.

I stormed home, took my pounds of make up and fake lashes off,
ugly cried all over my boyfriend's shoulder, and now I feel so much better and washed.

It's something I recommend to anyone who has cried.

EDIT: Oh man, I hope I didn't just bring the whole mood down of this place ><;

.---. Nothing honestly makes me feel better after I've cried. I actually get dehydrated and end up with giant migraines. Go me.

Sorry to hear that I guess being sad is a hard thing to shake. I know I'm still a little sad, but washing my face and sometimes a full blown shower feels good.

Yep! I love using the mermaid tails.

I usually just drink water or take pills and try to sleep it off.

I do that, too. I have Xanax and Klonopin for anxiety, but I also have a bunch of other sedatives that help me sleep.

I just take something for the migraine. Shit sucks yo. xD

I've never had a migraine before that sounds like its really awful!

Yes, the classic "limbs falling asleep while you're sleeping" incidents. There was one time when my hand fell asleep so much so it hurt like needles, and my hand was hurting in my dream and I couldn't figure out why.

Right, and scared because bug paranoia.

We've had two spiders in a row in our bathroom.
And what did my sister and I do? Shut the door and stuff a blanket under the door so it wont escape and wait for my dad to get up so he can kill it while we just hold our bladders and not use our bathroom.

Yup. our last apartment i couldn't even sleep in my own bedroom when I did have one because there was literally always a spider.
So I just slept on the couch. Damn bugs ruling my home.
