Banshees remind me of another mythical creature that I cant remember off the top of my head.

I love "mythology" but... I question if it should be called that because there are people who still practice that religion and beleifs. it would be like going around and saying Christian Mythology... I bet some people would be pretty upset. XD But that's just my thoughts on the matter.

Ooh, I like sirens, too… Deliciously evil! I've just seen banshees portrayed very aesthetically.

Banshees always look scary. Like there is no point when a banshee looks beautiful and then turns into a demon looking floaty ghost. Sirens are beautiful and aluring and then evil once you die I guess Xd Oh and there is the succubus ;)

Ava if you like Selkies you really have to watch "The Song of the Sea" if you haven't seen it already. It's B E A U tiful. And... ugh what's her name. Irish singer... did the album "Sea Sew"... I can't remember, anyway, she's a good singer and like a favorite of my husband. It's simply beautiful and has a lot of the irish legends in it <3
