You always are. :P I once said you were inquisitive, and it still stands. You're the Tinkerbell of Mene.
/well, there is a Tinkerbell
/but he's no Tinkerbell

I am a pretty inquisitive person in person as well. So many questions to ponder! Mysteries to solve! Challenges to conquer!

Amane 06-19-2015 01:09 PM

I only tread where others have told me to go.

salvete 06-21-2015 02:57 AM

Hmm that is an interesting approach! It may seem safer, but only if these "others" are trustworthy!

Amane 06-21-2015 03:01 AM

It's interesting to me for someone to call caution interesting.

Kirin Rosenbaum 06-27-2015 11:54 AM

*peeks in and waves* Hello all.

Ermahgerd Berks 06-27-2015 01:44 PM

Hi Kirin!

Amane 06-27-2015 03:42 PM

I'm sick of the education standard getting harder and harder. >_<

Ermahgerd Berks 06-27-2015 03:45 PM

I don't think school does much good. I really think it just has to do with how much you want to learn things and what kinds of things are there to learn. All school ever did for me was make me learn to put up with stupid people and learn to deal with bullies.

School sucks butts.

Amane 06-27-2015 03:51 PM

School would be that much better if they stopped making us write 10+ pages about a topic we never cared about until we got the assignment. You need passion and far more sources than are out there to write that much.

Ermahgerd Berks 06-27-2015 04:10 PM

I have a hard time writing more than a few lines.

The most I ever wrote in one go was 3066 lines. And that was a coding project. It wasn't even about anything it was just a web app. Most of the lines were just a few simple commands.

I could never write ten pages about something I read about.

Amane 06-27-2015 04:16 PM

I struggle enough writing two or three pages.

Ermahgerd Berks 06-27-2015 05:18 PM

If I wrote a book report it would say something like I liked the book because it was cool and they did neat things and I read it all and it was pretty okay. If someone else wants to know all about it they should read it themselves and not ask someone else what the book says.

Book reports are dumb.

Amane 06-27-2015 05:23 PM

Research papers are ridiculous. Who really has the time, patience, and interest to read all those pages of information?

Ermahgerd Berks 06-27-2015 05:34 PM

I would but only if it was worth it. If I want to learn about something I'd read about it.

But yeah grading people on their note taking is silly. Everybody does things like that differently.

Kirin Rosenbaum 06-27-2015 08:47 PM

*dances around the thread* hello friends

Amane 06-28-2015 01:21 PM

I detest when they make the students take notes.

salvete 06-28-2015 01:31 PM

Hi Amane, Kirin Rosenbaum, and Berksey :) *waves to you all*

I normally take tons of notes. People are always asking to copy mine! D:

Amane 06-28-2015 01:34 PM

I'm not a fan of note-taking.

salvete 07-01-2015 08:54 PM

I can't seem to remember stuff as well when I don't take notes.

Amane 07-01-2015 11:08 PM

It's a "that's what they WANT me to do" kinda thing.

VeraDark 07-02-2015 02:09 AM

LOL

I'm a huge fan of note-taking! I'd never get anything done if I didn't have constant reminders peeking at me from everywhere!

Amane 07-02-2015 03:31 AM

Like I said, that's what they WANT you to do.

VeraDark 07-02-2015 03:46 AM

I just ate a Swiss roll, and it might just be me, but I think the cheap ones are better than the "good" ones. Go figure.

Amane 07-02-2015 03:52 AM

It happens. Generic brands being better than the "good" brands.
