I've seen dead bugs under that curtain in my early past.

emphasize on the word 'dead.'
you know what that means, don't you?
that means that whatever killed them,
could very well still be under there

No need to paint fantasy horrors for me. I have enough of a phobia of bugs alone. I'm not afraid of dead ones, but… ew raised to the millionth power.

lol, I kind of know what you mean. I've got a phobia of hairy red worms oozing out of the plughole before I get the chance to clamber out of the bathtub (I always wait till I get out before I let the water down the drain because of it). and, even though I know that a phobia is an irrational fear of everyday mundane events which is probably tied to some unremembered childhood psychosomatic experience, it doesn't help a bit

The problem with that post is, once as a tiny one when I was playing on the floor I saw a hairy red centipede on my dress and screamed and died…

see now that's not a phobia, because that fear was totally rational. eeeeww!
usually, I don't give creepy crawlies any mind, but I can't stand it when they're actually crawling on my person. I mean, what do they want? they can't live on me, and I don't have any food

They're after MY SOUL. I have a ridiculously long list of horror stories to confirm this.

careful, that's the harrowing road to depression. anyway, winter's waaaay too cold. what you need is a cat. they're great company and they stalk all the jiggly crawlers bustling about the house

I LOVE CATS. And trust me, the feelings I get in the winter are anything but depression. You should worry about me when it's warm.

my cat thinks she's people. if you talk to her she talks back, and she's recently taken to producing some rather convincing baby gurgles

they are extremely empathetic, that's why they make such great house pets for both the young and the old. lol, I haven't got any mewling kittens for sale or anything like that, I'm just really pro cats. go cats go! yaaaaay, cats!!

you mean you aren't? well shame on you, my automated friend, how can the machines possibly expect to have a smoothly run transitional uprising, if their advanced scout fails to efficiently monitor the culture? methinks its time to crank up the dial on your web-dar

yay! well done, mon Capitaine, now we can sally forth with our cunning plan, to take over the world with witty quips and whimsical tales of years gone yonder

Because this machine is not a parent or a fan of certain things and is not allowed in several invite-only threads.
