Tempeh is SOOO good!
I'd highly recommend it! It's one of the few meat substitutes I'd eat.
I don't believe in eating things that taste like meat most of the time, but there are a couple of items I love ad tempeh is one.

No… it's bloody and things get stabbed. I squeak when I watch it and cover my eyes sometimes. All to see them… There is a not-bloody version, though. I just never watched it for some reason.
