Yeah, visas are a bitch. And I guess Alv's not coming in October b/c he couldn't get his U.S. Visa for some reason. That makes me sad, because I wanted to see him too. XP

Oh yes, I'm working every day, but it's still pretty depressing. I h a t e not being able to go back to Brazil. And it's raining and freezing today, which I also kind of hate. T_T T_T woe is me.

Well, the problem is here you live with your parents until you get married, so you know, there's chicks that have gone the marriage route, and you could say the're mature. But they're never independent. And they don't fart and swear, for example, like I do. Or drink beer with their feet propped up, say.

Well, you know, diffrn't strokes diffrn't folks. Also I'm becoming old and crotchety and have less patience with people whose 'style' I don't jive with. So many times I prefer to hole myself in with Lost and Dr.Pepper (which they now sell here) just because it seems funner to me.
