When you camp a monster in a video game, you're waiting for a special monster to spawn so that you can fight it. I have a window open to edelstein page and am refreshing to see if ivy gets on today.

talk to your bosses, they like you well enough, you should be able to get them to understand, and provide this lady w/ some sort of solution.

Even just a presence, with an occasional post here or there to say "hi", as many other owners who are inactive, attempt would add to your cause. However, I have not seen you present as a a part of the community of the shop in the six months since the quest was given of your own or other volition. In addition, you could have PM-ed me at any point to mark the situation and Sizzla's reticence regarding the progression of the quest rp's. The progress has been monitored and there have been spans of weeks between replies.

The Dragon Kings are meant to be showpieces of the shop and heavily included in the metaplot, hence the search for someone who would be an active member of the community. Your excellent storytelling and writing style are exactly what we look for in owners, hence the ease of offering you a normal jewel free of any charge.

There is certainly no need to beg, and it is not expected either. The point of the quest failure was not to crush hopes or dreams, but merely to move on with the character and attempt to find a very active and suitable placement for it.

I would be exceedingly glad to offer you an Edelsteine matched to the Oath domain. It has great storytelling potential, seems exceedingly accurate to the host, and is unique.

Looks like we got told Matthew. *sweatdrop* Ah well, it was a valiant effort. We can salvage the RP all the way up to the gem getting hot. Instead, Aeneas can just find that it's no longer there... and I suppose they could go deliver the urn anyway, go back to Sh'khin and tell of their failure. He's going to be soooo pissed.

And then you can just figure out how you want to have Eddard find the Oath gem. He'll be at the Pantheon anyway, so perhaps you can set up a RP with Destruction... Or I guess we can both do a RP with Destruction/Eddard/Sh'khin about the quest failing and he could give Eddard a new gem at that point...
