Is it too late to join the RP? I was experiencing lack-of-brain last week and couldn't come up with a character and I know it can be hard jumping in late.

The way it is set up you can start from anywhere you want to, whether you want to start where we are (a current island somewhere near Bristonia, not the purkle islands though) or somewhere else. I haven't finished the map yet though so if you want to add a place or whatever that's fine with me. You don't have to be a pirate. You can be a merchant, a mercenary, a purkle on purkle island, lol... um.. whatever you think will fit in. I'd like to eventually have enough so that I can run it to where pirates a-c are looking for artifact 1 and some others are off looking for another.. I'll give clues and riddles.. and there are also some other things planned.
There's no rush to join. You're welcome at any time :) We are an active little bunch though so it does move along.

Whenever you're ready we'd be glad to have you :) Bring some friends, lmao!
Only one more hour of work, thank goodness! I have done very little today. I just don't feel like it. I really need to get motivated but I just don't want to.

Hey there everyone! I just thought I would pop on by and find out what's been going on over here. It's been quite a while!!! I just don't get a chance to do this very often any more. We switched to a new imaging system at work and now I don't really take breaks while I'm at work.

I'm sure my post is going to lack responses to everyone I'd meant to reply to. I've been really tired today, so forgive me. n.n I was at work 'till I went to pick my nephew up, then after cooking and eating dinner... I don't know where the evening went!
@Sia
I hope you get your paper done! I'd be a mess of stress, but I remember procrastinating a lot on last year's history final. >_>; I felt so liberated when all was said and done.
@Apricot
Glad to see you around! Come more often. :3 <3
@Juru
I'm okay. I have a huge to-do list on my shoulders, but I think I can shave the bulk of it down tomorrow. And I have my ultrasound appointment as well. Should be another busy day! @ [email protected]
How are you doing?
@Lexi
I like your poetry. <3
@Luckycharm
Hi there. I'm not sure we've met before, but hopefully I'll get to see more of you. x3
@Jelly
WHY HAVE YOU NOT POSTED?! T^T *sniffles* No, I know you're busy. <3
@Roo
I've been trying to get a mask set... no one's selling. I may end up just giving you the gold for it so you can snag one down. :3 <3

And I think that concludes my update post. Blee!

Good morning guys! Does getting eyeball headaches in one eye pretty often signal that I might need my eyes checked? Man! I thought I'd at least hit 30 before that happened! But I'm starting to wonder...

I'd go get them checked just to be sure. If there's a constant ache behind one eye, it's possible there's a fluid build up. How that's caused I don't know. x.x
I've had glasses my whole life, just about. I think I was six or seven. My eyesight seems to be getting worse and worse every time I don't wear them, hehe. ^^;

I agree with Chi. Probably a good idea to get them checked. I know that for years I was told I needed glasses all the time only to find that I just needed reading glasses. Here in the last few months though, things are getting harder to see, such as road signs, etc. so when my 2 year time on my eye insurance is up here in November, I need to make an appointment to tell him I think I need more than reading glasses.

Yeah, ya'll are probably right. And since I spend more time on the computer, between playing and working, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea. I probably wouldn't need to wear them all the time - just keep them by the computer or something.
How are you guys this morning?

Well it's afternoon here now...lol. I keep my glasses at work by my computer so I can see the one attorney's microscopic handwriting. I still think I will need to change to regular glasses though. We shall see come November.

Good luck with it Roo. Eyes are NOT something to fool around with, I do hope that everything's minor for your sake. You probably do just need full-time glasses or something like that.
@ Aliena: same to you! Do NOT fool around with your eyesight. I'd go get them checked out--eye appts tend to be easy. MUCH easier than going blind anyway, or having to deal with migraines or the like.

My biggest problem is not that I can't see but that I sit in front of the computer for too long. I've thought about whether or not I should get some computer glasses. I've heard that it cuts down on the glare which is probably the only thing I'd need.

That's true juru. It will help.
@eternal - yes, I will make sure when the time comes I get them checked out. I'm certain I need more than reading glasses now. I'm just not looking forward to it at all. I hate glasses but can't wear contacts. Just can't imagine sticking something in my eye. I can't even put eyedrops in.

*rolls in, falls over*
xOx; I am so freakin' tired. I think it was a really stupid idea of me to take on 15 credits of college and part-time work on top of taking my nephew after school every day.
But I think I'll be thankful for the progress when I have to cut my schooling to part-time when our first child is born.
The sad thing is, I didn't have to do all that much today, and I'm still really tired. *fail* xD;
How's everyone doing? :3~
Edit:
Roo, I sent you a trade. <3

@ Juru - they sell special screens that go on your monitor to help cut down on the glare in addition to glasses.

Blah - what a day - seems like we're all tired right now.
I went out last night for my Brother's birthday - we all went to Olive Garden for dinner and then back to his new apartment for coffee and birthday cheesecake (he doesn't like cake- which is fine with me because I don't like cake either :lol:)
Didn't get home until after 11 and couldn't fall asleep right away. Today I plan on going to yoga for the first time in a few weeks - and I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do yoga while I'm healing my tattoo -I'll probably ask the yoga instructors what they think and ask the tattooist tomorrow what he thinks . . . I need to get better about going and being more consistent. I get so little exercise I really need to keep this up - I always have to talk myself into going and once I'm there I feel fine and I feel great afterwards - but I always need to talk myself into going anyway. It's so stupid :roll:
