That's a rediculous amount of money for a bed  Does he want to buy me a new one too? My mattress is too hard and gives me backache :(

That is a huge amount. I got mine at an auction for $200.00 for the whole set, bed frame and all. It was brand new still in the plastic. Some lady passed away and the family auctioned off everything.

  • @ Jelly + Roocee - it is a huge amount, sometimes I feel bad that my family is wealthy. >_<

Well, I'm not at all money minded, (head in the clouds) so I think I'll be considerably poorer in adulthood than childhood. xD

Good morning purkles!

I went out yet again last night with a friend of mine. We went and had Mexican food and then went to Walmart, which is always interesting because at that time of night it is a people watching festival. OMG... the things we saw last night

Anyhoo... hope everyone's day is going well :) *huggles all around*

  • I watched a documentary on Walmart (a critical one) and was glad that it hasn't come here yet... but then, *shockhorror* I discovered that Asda is part of Walmart!! D:

We generally just go to putter around and people watch. She needed dog food and shampoo and random stuff. All I bought was some candy.

The detectors beside the doors at our Wal-Mart always go off. Heh.
Everyone's so used to it. No one really minds them anymore.
Can't be too good though.. people take advantage. =s

Jump right in, we don't mind ^^

I bought a dvd player from the supermarket, and the stupid girl on the till forgot to take the security label of it, so the alarms wailed as I went to leave to store
I wish people would pay more attention to stuff like that.

Yeah, that seems to happen here all the time no matter if they run it through the security check or not.

The more the merrier though! We need all the help taking over the internets as we can.

Hey gang, it's yet again been a while--life's been rather difficult of late and I just can't concentrate on anything. I'm so happy I'm haveing a vacation this week.

Ooh, where are you off to vacation at, EternalHearts?

jellysundae -
Yea! When they do try and check the reciepts, they practically block the doorway and the more the alarm sets off. So basically there's like.. a crowd of people hovering around the doorway. D;
It's chaos during Christmas time especially.

eternal- its been decent enough. been playing with my overhyper kids all morning. i dont know what got into them XD
In a couple of days my mom is going to be flying over to spend some time with me and the kids. so im excited about that, except that it means I have a TON of cleaning to do, and with hyper children cleaning is easier said than done. >.>
im glad your day wasnt horrible though. but why was it less than perfect?
murmuring- i always get stopped at wal mart doors. for some reason i just look like someone who steals things. :/ that and whenever i buy a movie they dont get the security tag desensorized or something to that effect. its really quite annoying. i hate listening to the security alarms </3

Hi all - hope you had a nice weekend - sounds like it was a little of both for everyone.

I went to 2 birthday parties on Saturday and then yesterday I spent almost all day on he couch under a blanket with my sweetie watching movies - around 6 we got dressed and headed to a going away dinner at Casablanca. What an amazing dinner, like always.

I've been battling horrible allergies the last few days, and I think I'm developing a sinus infection. :(

Poor Sia. I'm coming off a cold, myself so I kinda know what you are going through. I hope you feel better soon.

@ Melody - yup - hard to clean w/hyper kids. At least when they get older you can turn it into a game and then can help you. I usually give Justin a spray bottle full of water, a rag, and tell him where he can spray. He cleans tables and windows for me. He's not really doing anything to help but he thinks he is and he stays out of trouble...for a little longer.

Feel better Sia. I actually got no sleep last night and called off today because I have such a bad headache.
