Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving.

Hope yours was great too, Roo. Mine was nice. I went to my aunt's. She invited me, my mom, and my brother last minute. First time I've seen my cousin April in years.

Mine was good--Thursday went well, everyone was happy and the food was good, although I burnt the bottoms of the biscuits.

Friday night we went to New Jersey to sleep before going to Baltimore on Saturday for dinner with Ellie's family. Sat night we went back to NJ to see her sister (who didn't go) and sleep before heading home Sunday.

That sounds really nice, Twin.

It was nice. I love seeing her brothers and sister, but it's a LOT of driving to do in a single weekend. I'll be glad when December is over and we can have a couple months off of making the trip.

Moi? I am in the Scranton area. I am about 4 and 1/2 hours east of Pittsburgh and 2 and 1/2 north of Philly. About 7 hours from Boston.

Okay. My good friend lives just outside of Philly, and she's moving after the New Year, and I want to go see her new place in probably Feb. Thinking we can take a side trip or something, have a drink.

That would be absolutely wonderful, Twin.

LOL. Well, I'll see what I can do next time I find my way to that area (which seems to happen every couple of years; I'm coming due again XD). There's usually not enough time to see the people I want to see and do the things I want to do when I'm there as it is, though! But it would be great to meet a couple of you Purkley-types in person! Not like we've known each other for years or anything ;)

Oh, I know. Hey where has sia been, now that I think of Philly? Does she chat here anymore I wonder? Hmm.....

I get to Philly every chance I get, which usually isn't more than 2-3 times per year. And one or two of those times is for a football game, so I really don't count that because I can't enjoy myself and relax and see sites and go to nightclubs.

*crawls in and sits in the corner* Man I sure can't wait until Christmas is here. I'm so totally exhausted. Tomorrow is my birthday and I don't even care how old I'll be anymore.
