I've only eaten yoghurt! Most of a big 500g pot. Might be the tryptophane in it, maybe i should eat yoghurt when i'm trying to get to sleep at night :roll: the warm milk thing has never worked though..

I usually get tired if I feel cold. So, maybe try making yourself cold? Then I like snuggling up in my blankets for warmth. ^_^
