I need something affordable but one that won't fall apart on me. I may get a student loan just to get a laptop.

Yep and usually you can get one loaded and fairly cheap. Don't forget Apple's laptops.

I'm seriously considering Apple right now HP is what I used a lot growing up and I like Toshibas. My dead laptop was a Dell and was nothing but problems and my boyfriends PC is a Gateway and is horrible so I'm not happy with Gateway or Dell right now. Anyway I need to go eat dinner. I'll be back on later unless I have to give it up to my BF

Well she's staying with my moms ex boyfriend and he's a total ass and I'm not too fond of him...my mother aparently is staying with one of her friends because she was married recently and not soon after her husband passed away. So I don't know where I'm going to stay. She said she would call a friend of the family's to see if I could stay with her but she has 7 kids and they all live with her. :?
