I was having a problem with what I thought was my speakers, I mean you could barely hear them.
But my friend unhooked them and used them with his laptop, and they work just fine. O.o.
Maybe I didn't have them connected properly to my computer.

I'm so bad at trouble shooting my computer.
It's a god thing I have a techie roommate that takes care of it for me.
Otherwise I'd be calling the Geek Squad or something. :P

I suck at troubleshooting too.

One day, I turned on my computer and for some reason, nothing was showing up on my screen. So I restarted my computer a few times trying to figure out what was wrong. I stand up because I was really annoyed, and realised I forgot to turn on my screen. DX I'm such a retard.

And whoohoo. I just got a bank statement, I just got around 240 euro's for the month of April. In Holland, the students have really cheap education costs when they go to college, and even get money from the government to pay for it. But I don't need to pay till September, and I'm already getting it.

I feel rich. ^^

The education system here in the States suck.
Higher education is so expensive, and only the low income families qualify for free grants.
Even if you just go to a Community College, you're going to have to work as well to pay for it. Unless you can get your parents to pay for it and you still live at home.
I haven't lived with my parents in years.

Yea. Also it's cheaper if you go to a college in your own state. Like Penn State for example. (PA WHOHOO! XP)

It's apparently 11,000 per semester or year if you are from out of state, but if you live in Pennsylvania it's only 8,000.

But still, that's nothing compared to Holland. For normal colleges, nothing special, it costs around 3,000. Maybe less per year. But if you go to a Hotel School, because they are really populair and hard to get into, they cost around 5,000 or more. I'm not that sure.

But the education I'm going to do is more expensive because it's a combined education. After the first year, I'll live half of the year in England. It's so exciting. I can't wait. ^^

I don't think I'll be staying with a host family. It's either staying on campus or they have dorm rooms or something. I'm not sure. XP

I'll have to ask, but I still have a year and half before it matters.

Yeah we are lucky on that aspect indeed of course there are private universities but state ones in some areas can be better,depending the career you choose,I find the US system ridiculous and unfair and discriminative...but of course that's just me.
