Awww, poor Kale. I wish there were a way to send pain pills through the 'net. I get head and back-aches a lot, so I have a stock-pile.

Hrm.. well, do you have any Icy Hot or a heating pad? They're not as good as a bath, but they can help with the back at least.

I cracked my knees and they ache in the Winter time.

I know I don't get enough calcium... but I did talk to my doctor and he did nothing about it.
