Well they think he's playing on my feelings. Cause when I try to do stuff without him. I feel guilty. My friends tell me I shouldn't feel that way and I don't have to do everything he tells me to do. But I don't know |

That sucks.. it's common to feel some guilt because you enjoy being with your boyfriend though. I feel guilt myself though I know he doesn't when he's doing things on his own... but then he'll be gone all summer for basic training and he might not be coming back so... yeah... |
So it's okay to feel guilty when I wanna hang with my friends even though he's feeling stressed and needs me? He's like always stress and needing me I sometimes just need to get away but then he gets really upset with me. Then I feel like shit and it's been awhile since I've hanged with my friends because of it.

Not in those words exactly... or not say it to him at all just show that you have the initiative to do things yourself and with your friends and can manage on your own and that he can manage on his own without you around all the time.
