Yes. The Shiloh Project is based on what happens after the South won the Civil War. As for The Philadelphia Expirement is set in WWII and the United States was testing a cloaking device for warships in Philadelphia Harbor. A glitch in the system sent the warship forwards in time to the 1980's.

If you liked those, you really should check out the Great War series, American Empire, and Settling Accounts, all really really excellent books, about WWI (if the Confederacy had won the Civil War) and the aftermath and WWII, it's definitely an eye opener.
