I second what Cyzzane said!

I've been really lazy with the posting of peoples bio's on the front page the last week and a half (I'm sooo worn out. ugh. I just don't FEEEEEL like it, lol)
but I should get around to it eventually!
But yes! feel free to stop in and chat whenever you want!!

Today was a relativley good day.
When I got to work, it turned out a co-worker of mine who is random and crazy, decided it would be a good idea to make a hige batch of cinnamin buns while the store was slow. So naturally he shoved one in my face and said "Eat this!"
And I was like "Locke (lol thats his name... rad huh?), I'm on a DIET! I can't eat that!!"
and he was like "Diet Schmiet! you look fine! You'll work it all off anyways" so I tried it and it was pretty good. but I felt kinda guilty.

Then for dinner I made myself a chicken souvlaki... which wasn't actually that bad for me.
But then I had a peice of pizza for a snack, and I feel guilty about THAT.
BUT the rest of the day I ate well, fruit smoothy for breakfast and a salad for lunch.
No slipping tomorrow, I mean that!

I worked out on my pilates ball and with my weights for half an hour tonight. Its amazing how much more effective crunches are on a pilates ball....I have only been doing them for 3 nights but I'm already feeling a change!

tomorrow I'm waking up early and going for my walk (which is rare these days) then doing 15 cardio on the bike, and then some pilates ball. it should be about 80 minutes of excersize by the time I'm done.
*sigh*
I really want to be down to 139 by monday.

Oh, and I get to see the boy I met last weekend on Friday!
We're meeting up at his friends house to have a Wii bowling tournament and some beers.
So with any luck.... there will be some kissing again. lol.

smoothies are always a good idea! lol.
I wish I could make one right now but its like 1:30 am and all my roomates are asleep.... the blender would wake them up for sure!

OK here's how it works.

For 3 days all you can eat is meat and raw green vegetables (no pork or peas).
You eat 1/2 of a small orange in the morning and at night.
You MUST eat 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. of Mortin's lite salt (it's in a little blue shaker by the rest of the salt at the grocery).
You must drink 10, 8 oz. glasses of water every day.
You're allowed to use oil and vinegar on salads or Kraft Fat Free dressing.

Here's the kicker... The more you eat, the more you loose. AND The more BEEF you eat the more you loose

Remember.. only 3 days though. I hope that helps.

Also you are allowed to drink 2 cups of coffee or tea or 2 cans of clear diet soda (no colas it must be clear).

Probably starting tomorrow though, because my mom needs to go grocery shopping.

It sounds interesting though!

But what I've been doing has been working (except for when I screw up) so I'm just gonna stick with whats easy for me!

Well, I probably won't eat beef.....just ground turkey because it is healthier and cheaper.

I think they taste the same.......but I guess I'm not really sure because I never know when my family actually has beef because as far as I know we usually have ground turkey.

I have never had ground turkey before... I think I'm kind of afraid of it....
I usually just buy a cheap little thing of extra lean ground beef when I feel like it, but really I don't eat meat very often.
I pretty much subside off of veggies and stuff.
Only time I eat meat is from work.

@Shake: Every thing's better when you know it's at least doing something good for your body.

@Sars: Why afraid of ground turkey? There's nothing wrong with it.

I love smoothies too. You might get tired of them after a year of having them every day. xD
I haven't had one in so long.
Mine end up more like iceys, since I use frozen fruit.

I have not been having a great few days. :/ I'm STILL having stomach problems, which is making me soooo bloated. And if I don't... solve (>> for lack of a better word)... these stomach problems, then I will look like a big fat disgusting piece of crap in my prom dress tomorrow. :cry:

I was gonna spare the gorey details (xD), but I'm constipated, and the laxative I took last night (or night before last?? I think it was night before last) isn't working yet. :(

So while I'm so full of it, it adds a lot of weight to me and makes me look like I'm actually regressing, when I'm sure that, in reality, I'm progressing.

I'm sure your laxative will kick in sometime today- just be ready for it!
Constipation isn't fun.
I know.
I went throgh a good 4 years of my life suffering from constant constipation.
When I was little, I just HATED pooping. So I wouldn't. And then eventually I would have to. And it would suck.
I would go sometimes 2 weeks without taking a dump.
This went from me being 2 to being 6.
it sucked.

@Sammi: Oh, I'm sorry! I hope everything is cleared up by prom.

My stomach has been acting weird the past couple of days as well. My stomach will make these really loud, strange noises and I won't even be hungry. And my stomach has never done that before.

@Sars: Well, frozen fruit isn't very expensive and I don't have to worry about it rotting if I don't use it. But I guess I don't have to worry anyways since I'm not actually the one paying for it. ^^;;
