Ok, so I don't need to worry about changing the bookmark or anything :yes:

@Tetsu: Yeah, I know what you mean. I ocassionally get a pinched nerve in my shoulders. The only thing that really seems to help is heat, or electro-shock type treatment. (my mom has a machine that sends electronic pulses into the muscles, and she let me use it once)
