*yawns and rolls up in a ball*
|
*appears out of nowhere, right behind Miki* Boo :poke:
Hello, everyone |
Hello.
|
Hi there, Miki and Dimitri. *waves*
@Paper; It's okay, I have a goal right now, to get to around 5k. I think I'll be able to do it, just have to keep my mind straight and set on the goal. :) |
@paper: How's it going?
@secrets: What's new? |
@Dimitri; Not much, just waiting for my mom to cook dinner. Getting kind of hungry, I'd help but I'd have no idea what to do and I'd get in the way. What about you?
|
Sounds like a plan.
Good luck! I'm doing well, Dimitri. Yourself? |
@secrets: Dinner sounds good, but I'm not really hungry today, for some reason. Other than that, I'm not really doing much of anything. Just kinda lurking around, I guess  Kinda thinking of going inside the truck stop that I'm at and looking for a DVD or two
@paper: I'm doing alright. Thinking about seeing if there're any DVDs inside that I'd like to see |
@Paper; Thank you very much, hopefully it won't take too long to save up.
@Dimitri; Haha, well you better eat something soon so that you don't get hungry later on. Lurking around is fun. :) Ooh, any DVD(s) that you're looking for in particular? |
Ooh, a DVD sounds good about now.
There's a turkey cooking in the kitchen downstairs, and the whole house smells like stuffing. |
*looks around shyly*...So hi this would be my first time in this thread so how shy like everyone today?
|
Welcome to the thread.
I'm relatively new to this thread as well. |
@secrets: Yeah, but I'm not really hungry. Nothing really sounds good enough to eat right now  Sometimes that happens to me. But, the bad thing is that I get acid reflux if I don't eat regularly. It's not giving me any problems right now, though *shrugs*
No, there aren't any DVDs in particular that I'm looking for right now. Actually, it'd be better if I didn't go buy anything, because I've got a pickup truck waiting at home for me to work on and fix up. That takes a lot of money in itself >.> @paper: *heh* Making you think of Thanksgiving? Well, I've got so many DVDs at home that it's not even funny, but I apparently forgot to bring any of them out on the road with me when I came back to work ^.^; --EDIT-- @diehly: Hey there *waves* No need to be shy, we won't bite hard enough to leave marks. Well, unless you want us to, anyway ;) So, how's it going? |
@Dimitri; Haha. Well maybe something will get your tummy rumbling. Yeah, that happens to me sometimes as well, not that often though. I see, then maybe you should just save your money and fix your truck.. though maybe one DVD is okay. ;D
I have to go now, time for dinner - hopefully I'll be able to get on again after I eat. :) |
@secrets: Not likely. About all there is inside are hot dogs, corn dogs, and an Arby's (which is kind of odd, because all the truck stops that I've stopped at over the past few days have had Arby's... Starting to get a littl burnt out on it  )
Ok, enjoy your dinner |
Everyone just seems to enjoy turkey more often than major holidays.
I don't know what to think of it. I enjoy it, but I'm turkey'd out after eating leftover turkey sandwiches for days. I have a few personal DVD's, and then there's a larger collection of some classics and cartoons downstairs. I've been watching Kung Fu Hustle and Shaolin Soccer a couple of times. |
Hello! I just finished eating my dinner. It tastes even better since I actually made an attempt to help make it.
|
@paper: I don't really think that I'd ever get tired of turkey. At least, I haven't yet *shrugs*
My personal DVD collection consists of somewhere in the neighborhood of about 400 DVDs, maybe more (hasn't counted recently), about half of which are anime >.>; --EDIT-- @Bani: Hey there! What did you have for dinner? |
Holyy~ cow.
That's an insane amount of DVD's. You could probably build yourself a little house out of them, actually. I can count mine on my hand. Food always tastes great when you work for it. |
@Dimitri: Hello! I made taquito's and I put a red sauce over them and tons of cheese. In El Paso there's a restraunt that started the "wet tacos" called Chicos Tacos. It is THE PLACE in El Paso. That's where the concept comes from and since I miss El Paso today I made it! Other than sweets it's the only thing I can make.
How are you doing? @Paper: That's true! I hate to cook though. |

Really? I don't mind it. It's more that I don't know how to cook things like burgers, or turkeys, but I can cook the crap out of appetizers and finger-foods. Desserts too, just not..main dishes? I love making this coconut curry chicken. But right now, I don't want anything but what you just described. |
@paper: Well, I don't know about a house, but I could probably cover the walls in my room with them  I have a hard time controlling myself when it comes to buying DVDs
@Bani: Red sauce? You mean like hot / tobascco (sp?) sauce? I'm doing alright, I suppose. Just hanging out and chatting as usual. How about you? |
@Paper: WOW. Coconut curry chicken sounds great! I'm allergic to coconut.........but I'd still eat it. I've never had anything but...chicken let alone one that was coconut and curry covered!
It is so easy to make wet tacos, but Chico's is definately the best place to get them. @Dimitri: I'm great and full! It's a tomato sauce with a bunch of things in it. |

Awwww you guys are great! I'm a bit bummed out right now cause I had to get rid of my first car when I promised myself I'd have it forever!! I tried but my boyfriend make me get rid of it:cry: It was the greatest convertible Mustang in the world and now it's rotting in some junk yard  |
@diehly: Oh wow, sorry to hear about your Mustang. Did it need to be restored or anything like that? And, why did he make you get rid of it?
