@secrets: The 26th of this month is the first day of my vacation.
So, this coming weekend :yes:
Ironically, that's the first day of Mene's Halloween event, too, so I get to participate every day of the event :boogie:

I can't wait for the event, I so need to save up gold for it.

Hopefully, it'll be like the Celes Paradi event where we can collect tokens or something like that.
I ended up getting all the items I wanted from that event without having to spend any gold

@Dimitri; Hopefully, I really liked it like that. It was very fun.
I'm saving up for any commons that I might like. Last couple events they put the items in the shops after the event but the prices were higher than during the event.

@secrets: From what I understand, they do that with all of the event commons.
During the event, they're in the event shop for at the "event price".
But, after the event, they go into the normal shops for normal price (which is double the event price) :yes:

@Dimitri; I see. That's cool. I don't remember if they did that before, like during the Easter and St. Patrick's Day events in '07. Most likely they did, but I forget things.

@secrets: Couldn't help you on that one.
I wasn't around for any of those events.
Actually, the Halloween event will only be my second Mene event :P

@Dimitri; It's okay. I wish I could remember though. :headdesk: I suck at remembering things.
After a while I wasn't into Mene that much, I came back for the Valentine's event and then got back into Mene after that. xD This is my first Halloween on here, I can't wait.

@secrets: I can't hardly wait either.
Seems like they had some pretty good items last year, so I hope they have some good ones again this year.
Can't wait to see what the event's going to be like, also.

I'm looking forward to the event too! It'll be only my second official event here on Mene, and I'm excited because it should be good and...well... Halloween-ish, right? XD

@Dimitri; Yeah. They always have a nice plot and stuff going along with the event.

On Mene it seems that to collect things you have to solve the clue and whatnot, most likely we'll do that again. It'll be fun.

@secrets: I like Halloween for the clothing and the lore.
Plus, it's the one day out of the year where you can run wild, be a complete maniac, scare the crap out of everybody, and it's socially acceptable :P

I never really got into dressing up in costumes, but I do like seeing other people's costumes and whatnot.
