HELLO FROM FORT SAM HOUSTON, TEXAS! xD I passed my run and landed myself...in pre-Advanced Individual Training land. The next class didn't have enough room for all the people who came in, so everyone's in holdover status until the 8th. I'm with my friends from Basic Training, so that's fun. xD If only the sergeants weren't yelling all the time. ~_~;; *hates being woken up at 1:30am because some girls aren't sleeping with clothes on* >_>;; Anyways, I can't wait to get more time online instead of being restricted ALL the time. ^^;; *wants to get back in the groove of things and see my friends again* xD Take care everyone! *noms* |

I'm okay! I have formation at 6:30pm though...lamers. >_>;; Yesterday we had until 8:30pm free. :< This sergeant kept us, because some loser was spitting dip into his canteen and wouldn't fess up to it. Wasted a whole hour sitting around waiting to be released on our day pass. T___T

Oh my goodness! Lame! If only people weren't so ignorant. I'm just here working on my Thematic Unit. I was on the phone with Nikki when I got your text. I was seeing if I could skimp on my lesson plans by seeing what she had done. SADLY, she did a good job so I have to do a good job as well.

Hi Morwyn! I'm studying to be a teacher, I'm almost done! I just need another year and I will be a full fledged elementary teacher.
Haha TK, I just saw the soldiers on the side of the road picking up trash. I was like, aw! I will do a good job! I think I'm doing a good lesson plan. I just always second guess myself because I want to be the best. |

I'm glad you're doing going for medic. It's so you!! Besides, I am so danger prone. I cut my finger on a glass I broke at Clayton's house and screamed when I noticed I was dripping blood. Clayton couldn't bandage my finger though! He was too shy to touch my hand I think. I don't need him when there's you to fix me up. @Morwyn: That's great! I hope you find a job soon! He called me crazy for cutting myself and was going so slow with the bandaid. So I just grabbed it and put it on quickly. It was a lot of blood! At Wal-Mart there was a John Grisham extravaganza of books. They were all lined up. What books do you have? I need to know if they're good so I can read them. Do you have the movies? |

My goodness! I'm trying to figure out why it would take so long to slap a bandaid on. Can't bruise you or something? xD Yay! Grisham! Okay, I have The Client, The Broker, Bleachers, Saving Christmas, The Testament, The Appeal, The Firm...and some more. Uh...I bought some from Half Price Books before I left for basic...um...I think The Chambers or something like that. I'd go look on the shelves here in the library to remember the others, but I might lose my computer. I've only seen The Client and The Firm. They were good! The Client was the first book I read. Definitely still my favorite! The Firm was really hot...loved it more than the movie. Tom Cruise and the sex scene that didn't happen in the book turned me away from the movie. FOLLOW THE BOOK DARN IT. :D I didn't care for The Testament or The Broker as much. The end of The Testament DID make me sad...The Broker was about a guy running from hitmen in Italy...but not as exciting as our hitmen if you know what I mean. More about him being paranoid than anything. Bleachers is about football. Read it at the perfect time during my big football phase. Give me a minute to think. I thought I read another one...Which one...or did I just start it? >_>;;; |
@TK: HAHA! Okay! That's a lot of books! I dont know if I would be interested since they aren't smut. I've just been reading children's books for the past months so I wanted to get into something more adult.
Sorry that took awhile, Nikki called me again asking for help with making a webquest. I have to work on that tomorrow. |
@Bani: *LAUGHS* You are SO bad. Just kidding. Hey, it worked like that for me. I looove me some guys in suits! I think that's why I wasn't too much into The Testament. Half of the book was placed with the lawyer traveling in Brazil looking for the woman who would inherit this massive fortune...and the other half involving the families wanting their dad's money. A Carlos moment, I suppose...
But The Firm...woot. If you'd ever give his books a try...just go for The Client and The Firm. AH. Would you ever consider reading Wicked by Gregory Maguire?? The Wizard of Oz from the Wicked Witch of the West's point of view? It was scandalous in several parts...but that's not the point...^^;; |
