Worked in theater huh? Ok.. my drama teacher was still in the closet but he was fun. He did a few episodes on The crap.. what was that called. The show with the trains and the conductors and the trains talked. Not the cartoon or whatever but the one with real people. And my friend who works as the assistant manageer at a theater company is gay. *sigh*

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 10:34 PM

Mr. Roger or whatever?
real drama people tend to be gay just like people in colorguard, but this teacher paints the large backgrounds and designs furniture and things. He's cool.

Zephi 01-25-2010 10:37 PM

Thomas the tank engine. Whatever the live action show was called, if it was called something else I don't remember. Hmm.. he was slightly tormented though. His brother had commited suicide when my teacher was in NY working on stage. He quit after that and became a teacher.

Your teacher sounds like an ok guy.

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 10:39 PM

aren't you talking about Mr. Rogers Neighborhood?! I'm sure that's what its called!

he is. expects a lot of you, but then, that's sometimes a good thing.

Zephi 01-25-2010 10:58 PM

No.. that's not it at all. I was talking about the one with Thomas the tank engine. Besides, Mr. Roger's didn't have a train. He had 'trolley' and it didnt talk it just chimed. <.<

Well that's better than having low expectations, then you wouldn't try at all. Just kinda coast through.

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 10:59 PM

well, I always associated tomas the tank engine with that. Granted, I was like 3.

yeah, I had teachers like that. you love them at first....the you get to the next class and roast on a spit over a fire.....

Zephi 01-25-2010 11:02 PM

Mr. Rogers was the one with the puppets and.. the ex-marine sniper with like 23 kills and tattooed arms, which is why he never took off his long sleeves. Or so the story goes. I wonder if it's true though.

Yup. It was like that for me in math classes though. Geomery was so easy and fun and then... algebra 2 and everything afterwards was just hell

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 11:03 PM

hn? I don't think I remember that show at all.

yeah, that kinda sounds like me too, but I consider all the maths hard.

~Sara Lee Cupcake~ 01-25-2010 11:03 PM

did i find your secret hide out guys!?!?!?!?!?!

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 11:04 PM

Zephi 01-25-2010 11:04 PM

Yeah, one of them. lol. Howdy :P

~Sara Lee Cupcake~ 01-25-2010 11:04 PM

so i write this big post in sprinkles and no one read it!!!!

Zephi 01-25-2010 11:06 PM

I read it <.< And I don't think that I really want to read the series. I mean it sounds interesting and everything but it sounds like it's geared more for adolecents and young teens. Driving them to commit suicide when a relationship doesn't work out... <.< lol

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 11:08 PM

I read it too and couldn't think of anything to say. ^_^ I thought Zephi would respond!

Zephi is so harsh!

~Sara Lee Cupcake~ 01-25-2010 11:08 PM

lol true.... well i gtg eat dinner bye !!

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 11:10 PM

bye!! enjoy that.

Zephi 01-25-2010 11:12 PM

I was just being honest! You know how kids are these days! They freak out if ONE relationship doesn't work. That's not the only person in the world. OMG.. seriously. I know I'd be heart broken for a while if something happened between my husband and I but after a while Id bounce back and be ok. You don't need to be with someone to be happy, that's all I think. I'm just lucky that I found someone that makes me happy. Really happy.

Later Sara :P

Kat Dakuu 01-25-2010 11:15 PM

yeah, I've not died from not being in a relationship, but I can see how people really want to find the perfect one not just because its nice in the books, but it feels nice. I think that other people just fall in love too easily. they jump in too quick and then it doesn't work.

Zephi 01-26-2010 12:28 AM

Pretty much. Or they expect too much from someone who is way too young to be tied down into a committed relationship. People live a lot longer so its only natural for them to actually fall in love later on in life. Back in the day when the life expectancy was only like 44 years old, people would do everything young, fall in love, get married, have kids... before they were even 20 they could have 5 kids O_O Soooo glad that I don't live in that age. Well... not anymore.. :P

Kat Dakuu 01-26-2010 12:42 AM

yeah, and back then childbirth was painful and not often successful, so it hardly makes sense. survival of the species I guess.

Aryah_Jade 01-26-2010 12:43 AM

heh, you say that, but I know several people from my highschool who got married soon after, and a couple who had kids before they even graduated!

sadly, I got married after High School too, but no kids from that failed marriage, thankfully.

Kat Dakuu 01-26-2010 12:46 AM

oh, lots of people in my high school had kids, but its not the normal. There was even a girl who had her first baby in junior high and more in high school

Aryah_Jade 01-26-2010 12:55 AM

apparently it was common enough in my High School that they actually had this woman come in, and made a bunch of us girls sit in a classroom while she went over different scenarios, asked us questions, and basically told us to stop it.

Zephi 01-26-2010 01:01 AM

Well that might be somewhat common but it's not in the rest of the US.. just some places. But back those years ago, everyone, i mean everyone was like that. That's when you call it a norm, wen everyone does it. Sure, I knew a schick who had 2 kids before she graduated, but it wasn't the norm that's for sure...

Kat Dakuu 01-26-2010 01:08 AM

yeah, what Zephi said......
