Mhmm. I like Korea. I get to eat food that I like and generally the clinic isn't too bad of a place to work in. Lots of whiny patients and ridiculous high school drama to deal with, but oh well. That's the military.

I'm from Texas. Yeah, I do have to be far from family and friends...but that would be the case no matter where they send me. Korea looks a lot better than Germany or Afghanistan. xD The military provides everything. Living space, food, clothing, health care, and so on. It's an alright deal since the economy pretty much bombed once I was ready to join the workforce.

*nods* Yup, on the DMZ. We're all over the peninsula. I'm in the southernmost area. So if the north ever decides to attack, our job is to help civilians and family members to get out and back to the States. Then we provide medical coverage. But pfft, people back home are more worried about the north than we are.

The barrier isn't that bad. For me, I guess. I grew up knowing some Korean. But it seems like the only thing I'm good at around here is ordering food. 8D

Yeah, I know what you mean. When I was driving during the night, I'd try to keep my sleep schedule while I was at home, too. The problem is that there's a lot of young punks in the neighborhood that like to thump their radios really loud all the time. And then there's this guy who lives across the street that's in oval modified racing. Of course, instead of loading his race car into his trailer normally like other people, he feels like he has to start his race car up and rev it really loudly while driving it onto the trailer. :roll:
