 that sounds awful Tori!! try to get some sleep and see if it helps. :(

thanks, I like your avi too.

ToriKat 06-24-2010 02:28 AM

Last night was terrible. I kept waking up from my headaches. @[email protected] I still have it too...Guhhh...seven more hours of sitting here and seeing patients...wheeeee...better than being outside, I guess.

Kat Dakuu 06-24-2010 02:31 AM

:gonk: that sounds so awful! you should get some meds. for that.

ToriKat 06-26-2010 11:19 AM

I kept trying to pop Advil in increasing dosages to relieve it...

I have a feeling I'm sensitive to chlorine. We had to do PT in the pool for a couple of days, and it wasn't until the second day I was at the gym by the indoor pool that I noticed the stabbing, pounding pain returning...

*noms on TK's halo* <3

Morning everyone.

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 08:34 PM

good morning!

I hope that you feel better soon, tori

ToriKat 06-26-2010 08:59 PM

My halo is attacking my hair! xD

Good morning, all! :D I passed the room inspection with FLYING COLORS. We were told our room was good last time and perfect this time. Mwhaha, so first sergeant shall be leaving us alone!

I slept for a really long time too...I'm feeling good. <3

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 09:06 PM

is your halo hungry for hair? :/

oh ya! wow, your room is perfect. Amazing. good for you!

 I'm glad you feel good!

ToriKat 06-26-2010 09:38 PM

I suppose so! In the battle between hair and halo, the halo wins!

I scrubbed every spot in this room obsessively. I almost got sick from the fumes of the cleaning products though. The room's not very well ventilated.

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 09:40 PM

O_o an evil halo? what is the world coming to?

aw, that's a lot of clean. cleaning products make me sick.

ToriKat 06-26-2010 09:47 PM

That's why it's all bent out of shape. ;D

I like being clean, but impressing the leadership with extra cleanliness is ridiculous to me.

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 09:53 PM

ooh, maybe so!!

I like being messy. and its no fun to impress people

ToriKat 06-26-2010 10:02 PM

I tend not to get my room too messy...maybe I won't fix my bed neatly or I won't hang my clothes neatly...and sometimes there are sketches lying around...but that's the extent of my messiness. I don't leave clothes on the floor, and I sweep often. xD

Mmm, started reading again. Picked up The White Queen by Philippa Gregory. I started it before I moved in February and remembered enough to continue. xD A relief since I tend to forget what happens in books after awhile. I can barely remember some of the books I read in high school. Just have the general gist of them...

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 10:10 PM

I never sweep. and I have no where to put my art stuff unless I stuff it in my closet so its all on the floor. and some of my drawers are broken so I can't put all my clothes away. I think I fixed the drawer that was broken by breaking the drawer above it though.

that reminds me, I have a book I borrowed from a friend and need to finish reading before she steals it back. she's done that before.

ToriKat 06-26-2010 10:12 PM

xD Which book?

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 10:13 PM

its teh second book of some series by Mercedes Lacky

ToriKat 06-26-2010 10:15 PM

Haven't read anything from her. Any good?

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 10:18 PM

its very good. the books are very similar to Tamora Pierce's books. very strong female characters. magic and swords and all that.

ToriKat 06-26-2010 10:23 PM

Goodness, last time I read Tamora Pierce was...elementary...I definitely don't remember them. xD

Right now I'm on a historical fiction kick. I know little about the War of the Roses, so I've been reading the novel and looking up the history and biographies of the people.

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 10:32 PM

I read them for the first time in jr. high/high school. I own a few too.

historical fiction? not really a my thing. I need fantasy and action in my books.

ToriKat 06-26-2010 11:03 PM

I'm a nerd. xD No point in denying it!

I definitely haven't gotten tired of fantasy since I still read/watch certain mangas and animes, but with the exception of Gregory Maguire's books, I haven't found any fantasy novels that caught my interest. xD I'm not sure what to try once I'm done with this novel. Hrm.

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 11:08 PM

oh lol!!

I write a lot of fantasy in my rps and stories. its always fun.

ToriKat 06-26-2010 11:24 PM

It's weird...when I originally started writing short stories, pretty much everything was fantasy. Had my own world, magic, inhabitants and everything pulling from my destroyed attempt at a novel. xD Then I started a round robin and created another world. When I first RPed here, I used characters and some ideas from the round robin. And now in another RP, I pulled from the RP here and created even more new people...*is absolutely crazy, has far more than enough characters* D:

I oddly seem to write more about modern day and focus on relationships in RPs. O_o;; Guess I want to live the exciting life I'll never have. 8D

I really need to start drawing...*goes to get my tablet*

Kat Dakuu 06-26-2010 11:39 PM

I haven't written a short story in a long while and mine tend to vary. I've got a lot of short stories based off of rps actually.

most of my recent rps have been based more on romance than anything else actually.

hm, I have some commissions I should work on.
