I think my doll Lesley needs a lot as well.. he face planted and dented a lip.. :( I had to remove his entire face up, thankfully it wasn't as bad as it appeared with the face up distracting and making it look deeper than it was.. now it looks like a simple scar.. and as my mom says... makes him look like he has a fat lip. xP
