Books? We're talking books now? *hardly reads anything but comics now... XD* BUT. in college we had unbelievably easy reading... We read The Giver. I think I was reading that back in 3rd grade lawl, but it was a nice refreshing story, and I read it in about four hours. I own a lot of books, but I rarely read them anymore >__< The only one I might return to is The Otori Tales because I absolutely addore the first book. *_*; |

@Tori: LOL xD I am too! I have SO much trouble getting into books now. I'm too picky about writing styles especially. If it doesn't suck me in quick, I'm lost. I almost had trouble getting back into The Giver for class @[email protected]; but it was a class project xD And I read it the night before pffttt. Then it gave me nightmares o3o;; |
I'm gradually getting more and more picky, lately I've been sticking with books I've read before or books I love the sound of or know that they're good. |

Yeah...if the writer is particularly bad...*shudders* I drop those books fast unless I've purchased them. >_>;; I guess it's like bad food. If I paid for it, I'll grumble and stomach it anyways. |

*coughs* Even though they tell you not to...I chose to give gift cards a couple of times. That way the receiver can get what they REALLY want. 8D Then I include a personal gift so the whole present isn't...impersonal. ^^;

LOL I ask for gift cards... from everyone. Because I usually just need money to do something/get something expensive/go somewhere xD So my family all give me cash now hahaha!
