Kat- Mmm, it was rainy yesterday morning when I went out to get some meds and some groceries. Temp wasn't bad at all. It wasn't until after I got back home that the skies cleared up, and I didn't go back outside, so I don't know how much the temp might have risen. I haven't been outside at all today, so I don't know what the temp is like.

@Dimi:: Well to make the short of it, he has a kid, who is 4 years old, and I just found out... he never told me because he didnt want the kid... and now the mother is abusive to the poor boy and the state was going to take him, and suddenly my husband wants the kid.... I think the first thing I said was WTF when I found all this out....

@Kat:: Well we have had one of our hottest summers on record, but now our lows are setting records for August and now september, so our poor weather men dont know what to do... they kind of turn the temperature into a running joke on the news now. "Lets see if we can break yesterdays record folk' that kind of thing

lol, the weather here is pretty normal, if a bit wetter. not all the grass has been scorched.

@Kat:: yeah that is kind of how I feel... and I have met the kid, he is in custody of the state right now, and he is such a sweet (though a bit messed up) little boy who just needs someone to love him, and I know that its not the little boys fault at all, and all my husband can say is "Well you werent ever supposed to know about him, I never talked to the girl again, and none of this was ever supposed to happen" Like he thinks he is the victim of this whole thing, and Im like Dude, YOUR CHILD was getting abused cause you were too chicken to step up and deal with it from day one... and we have to go through all this court B.S. and he expects me to have all the answers and expects me to fix his mess. And the only reason I am staying around at this point is because that little boy needs at least one adult in his life with their head screwed on strait and if no one else can be that person, I will be.

Ugh... almost time for class >.<

cedura- Wow, yeah, I think it would have been a good thing to have mentioned to you beforehand. That was one thing I was lucky about when it came to my divorce, no children to fight over for custody. Aryah would probably kill me if I ever did anything like that to her. :sweat:

no reason, though my mood just got better! I finally passed all of the computer test! :D well, I tecnically failed the last part again but that's because I submitted the wrong file. :oops: I'm sure its right though.

So, once you send the correct file for the last part of that test, you don't have to worry about it anymore for the rest of the year?

Really? That's kinda odd. Final exams are supposed to be a compilation of questions testing your knowledge of everything discussed/learned throughout the entire semester. :| Well, if it's an easy one, that's all the better for you, ne?

yeah, the test is a school-wide requirement that you have to pass before you finish taking a class for a computer credit. not sure why.
