Yeah, it's too far. The friends I was going to go with cancelled on me. And it's just too much to have my other friend who lives there drive over and drive me there. I would feel too bad doing that even though I would pay gas. And that's not it, the return trip is the other kicker. =_=;

This place has lousy transportation. I could go everywhere in Korea without a car...here, I can't even go grocery shopping. >_>;

that totally sucks! and houston is like that too. you can't get anywhere without the car. and the kroger is only a few streets down too! but I ain't walking across major roads to get there!
Santa Fe is so much better. there's a bus system and the grocery store is behind the school. I just have to cross a parking lot to get there!

Yeah, I totally miss Austin for the bus system. *sighs* I guess it's a good thing though. I don't need to be running around spending too much money. ^^;

buses are cheap though! only a dollar to ride in city!

well, lots of reasons, but mostly because my art is improving so much. I've been so happy with everything I've made lately, and I love the drawing I'm working on right now. I don't often feel this confident about my art.

I'm working on a commission. I have a gazillion of them (five). it kinda looks like a masked marauder.

I only now just got my sketchbook and started doodling. I mainly draw straight on the computer. So we'll see if I can get some art in. xD

and I just finished my line art. I think I'll just use colored pencils to color it.

It takes FOREVER for time to fly out there, but it just flies when I'm home. :(
