@Miki: Oh god, I hated the second one, too. Now if you watch it in French, the voices are tons better. The art in that movie was just horrendous altogether. Eric was a wimp, Ariel was too protective, it just sounded HORRIBLE.

I hope the third one will be good and not absolutely stupid. I'm glad they got Jodi Benson to come back and do her voice again. <3

@Windy: I didn't mind the voices at much, I just hated the plot! Ariel would never ever ever allow a wall like that to be built!! Who made up such a stupid plot? D: But oh well, it has been sadly made. I just hope the third one is much better designed and the story fits with the original character images! I haven't heard it in french though, maybe I'll look up the songs!
I didn't like the walrus and penguin too much either, they were made to be too much of the new goofy sidekicks.
Wah, they got the same lady to come back and do the voice? I so want to hear that!!

@Miki: Hopefully that will be the case. Disney is also trying to add shading to their movies. Little Mermaid had little shading, if any at all -- it was just one colour for a single cel -- skin, tail, hair, etc. The animals were stupid, I agree with you on that. and Jodi Benson did the 2nd movie, but she was too whiny and protective the whole time that you couldn't really tell. To add, they got the same woman who did Ursula's voice to do her sister's as well. Pat Carroll. Agh, she was amazing as Ursula, but I couldn't stand her as a skinny old octopus sister. >_>;
