So..On Diatomics, you have to use the charge, right? When writing the equations out? Meh..Probably doesnt make any sense =/ I looked 'em up too! &&Wrote them down on my periodic table, 'cause I can use that on any test, so next time they'll be right there. @AxxA: You finally lost me. I don't believe diatomic molecules are ions, so I don't think they would have a charge. They would have eight valence electrons giving them a noble gas configuration, so they would be covalent. No charge.

@AxxA: If you are talking about one oxygen molecule, you mean O2. If you mean one fluorine molecule, you would mean F2. If you were talking about Hydrofluoric acid, you would write HF because Hydrogen has one electron to give and Florine has one empty slot in its outer shell. Only when you are talking about the singular molecule do you write the 2.
