@Tori: My poor, innocent girl. Have you ever seen/heard of Mystery Science Theater? A spork is when you take a really bad fanfic and you interject snarky comments (usually in bold) between what the author wrote.

Examples:

"Because... my granddaughter should be the most beautiful in town. But... unfortunately there are more beautiful ones." Edward thought about this. "Wait, does that mean you think that I'm a prettier girl than your granddaughter too?" he asked.

Threw the night [*watches it soar past the horizon*]

Mustang knocked on Hughes' door. Hughes opened the door revealing his pink pajamas. Why Hughes had seen the need to hang his pajamas in the doorway, Roy didn't know, but they were a nice shade of pink.

A MiST (Mystery Internet Science Theater) is when you take the same bad fic, but mock it using in-character versions on the characters in the fic.

Examples:

Or the time when Riku had found out the goats at the petting zoo were partial to silver hair (the petting zoo employees had had to tranquilize the goats to get them off of Riku- but by then it was too late, and Riku's hair was unsalvagable. He had been bald for at least a week, to Roxas' endless self enjoyment.)

Riku: What?!
Sora: Um...if he got his hair chewed off, he'd be bald for more than a week.
Axel: Jesus. Keep me away from those goats.

"I love Zexion as much as you do, so don't turn his name into a curse word."

Xigbar: That's so zexin' zexy zex zex zexity zex zex!
