I hate it when people are selfish and can't give up something for such a short time. I really believe if everyone did it, it would make an impact if even just in the respect that it teaches people to work togetether towards a combined goal and that it's not really all about them. One hour isn't very long. We are going to do it. It starts in 7 minutes, so I am going offline in a few.

I'm a gamer too. That's what rechargeable batteries and candles were invented for.

We still have like... an hour before it starts here x3 I dunno what we're all gonna do D: The only think I don't like about this is that it's still quite cold here D: and no power for a night will mean no heaters for the baby (he's 5 months old)or for the elderly like my great grand parents who need it to be warmer than normal D: I dunno how long the heat stays in their house, but in this apartment, it gets cold very fast v__v so I hope the baby doesn't get too cold x3;

*shrugs* It's only for an hour. It shouldn't cool down that fast.

Ok hour over, and I am back. It was fun! We toasted strawberry flavored marshmallows over the candles and talked. We decided we could do that at least once a month.

You know if everyone could do this, and learn to work together for one purpose, we could end wars! We need to learn to quit making excuses and just do something for a larger purpose.

My husband didn't want to do it either but I told him he would survive for one hour and as it turns out he had a lot of fun too! :D

It is tons of fun. I'm not one to use a ton of electricity to begin with, but it felt awesome to plug out all the plugs. Just because something is off, doesn't mean it isn't using electricity.

That is so true. Though, I kind of cheated in that respect. I pulled out my CD player and listened to an audio. Rechargeable batteries though :)

Oh yes. Made a ton of my friends do it as well :) I want to save my earth, and I intend to do so.

Nah, I don't have a shop on here at the moment, because I'm too busy finishing up commissions. x3 I closed the others when I finished all the orders. *had tons of them!* I'm working on Tetsu's commissions right now. *takes her time inking* @[email protected];

I usually have shops during events. :D Which is where all of the colored artworks with the purpose of blinding people came from. *signs things as TK* 8D
