Well the sick, I'm over. That was last week :P The boy, Nothing too terrible there. We've promised to stay friends. He was so baffled when I asked him to promise me that we'd stay good friends through his faults :P Cheating bastard should have received a swift kick in the front of the pants if you know what I mean.. but I'm a forgiving person, and I really want to retain my friendship with him, you know? He's the kind of person that you just can't stand to fully let go of. |
Gah, I haven't been on Menewsha much lately, I guess the same holds true for everyone else.
School and exams have been kicking my butt, I'm now an official adult (as my birthday was December 8th, and I'm 18 now), and I've been accepted to the University of Georgia, so all is wonderfully wonderful. I hope I can get back into the swing of Menewsha. This event coming up should get me back into the excitement, plus I have a great break from school. Yay. |

I'm still in the restaurant biz, but I'm an assistant manager now ^.^ I still have my regular shifts on the bar, and serving but I'm in charge of all kinds of stuff and I get more money. It's great, but stressful.

@michelle-- Hey thats awesome! I'm one of the head managers at Taco bell, just got promoted the other day, and I'm the youngest one there!
It's fun but when most of the people working are older than you, they don't like to listen to you very much << so I'm not very good yet but the district manager says that in time they'll come to listen to me... |

Congrats on that promotion! But yeah I have one manager at work who is only two years younger then me. I do admit to having a hard time listening to him. >.< It's not anything personal, it's just so hard! But I do listen to him, but more out of respect because he ended up becoming my friend and I trust that he knows what he's doing. I'm sure they'll feel the same about you in the long run! @Clorissa They are building a Taco Bell near where I work, I love Taco Bell! I have to drive so far out of the way to get it right now, so I'm excited for them to build so close. |
