I'm gonna be on here until 10pm, and then I'll be going to bed at 11pm when my show is over. but I don't know as I'll be able to go straight to sleep, I might read a bit. I just made sure my child is well aware of the pizza in the fridge that he can eat on tomorrow so as not to wake me to make him food. he really annoys me when he does that. he's 10. he is more than capable of making himself a sandwich or bowl of cereal or getting some string cheese from the fridge or eating some chips and salsa. he's not TOTALLY helpless!!

I only ask my mom to make me something for breakfast if we don' have any oatmeal or cereal...I can make my own lunch too. My mom just has to make me dinner...and sometimes lunch..if I don't feel like boiling the water for my Ramon. XD

I guess it's just that we are dealing with the whole "you know what, mom's time is important to her too not just being your waitress and maid" thing ...

okay, I got off my butt and made my favorite "not feeling good" tea. mint and chamomile ...

well, as soon as it cools down from "not so hot it will scald your tongue right out of your mouth" to a "okay, sure, you can drink me, why not?" temperature I'll let you know how it tastes ;)

my son is the same way most times he wants to hang out. though he never really wants to hang out often.

I like to have my tea and/or coco to be "Not to hot, and not to cold" temperature. :)

I can't hang out as much as I want to with my mom anymore, she got a writing job so she is working most of the day now.

the problem I have is that the tap water is nasty. so I always send the water through the coffee pot. which basically works on a system of boiling the water and what ends up going through is really just steam. leaves all the yucky from the tap water in the machine you know? so it's always a long process of waiting for it to cool down.

what sorts of things does she write?

crazy: she does articles for different things...I'm not quite sure what she writes about, I just know that she writes and rewrites articles for people. :)

I don't mind tap water...I just fill up acup with it and drink it..I don't put it in a filter or anything. :rofl:

hmmmm ... I don't think anybody would publish my articles ... I would have too many ... interesting things to say ;)

the tap water here is so bad sometimes you turn on the faucet and are almost bowled over by the smell of bleach. :(

crazy: The tap water over here just smells like.....water. :rofl: I think I would be buying bottled water if the tap water smelled like bleach...

the town we grew up in was nestled on top of am aquifer. the water was so sweet I'd rather drink a glass of that then pop. shortly after we moved away (when I was 12) we aren't really sure what happened but the water was no longer that pure and clean anymore. they have water there nearly as bad as we do here. it's crazy what humans can do to water.

crazy: Thats what happens when people throw trash and other crap into the waters you drink from, people juts don care.

my brother was telling me he had watched this show on pollution ... there is a place out in the ocean somewhere where a bunch of the world's oceans run together and create weather patterns and stuff or something. they now call it "man's washing machine" because it's so full of our trash that it is just going around in circles and circles there. I mean it's a LOT! and they would like capture some marine animals to demonstrate how bad it is and they showed this little fish and cut it open and it had 5 hunks of plastic in it's tummy. and we are talking about a fish no bigger than your hand.

crazy: That is also one of the results of polluted water, fish and other things in the oceans get trash in there systems and they get some diseases from it.

I still don't understand what plastic is made out of. science needs to figure some way to break down plastic into it's basic components and figure out how to safely get rid of it. as a planet we are so freaking messy! we even have a "garbage belt" around our planet of various broken satellites and pieces shed off rockets and stuff sent to the moon.

I can clean my house and keep my how maintained. it makes my brain itch to think of all that trash and mess out there and I can't do anything about it. I just wanna get a butterfly net and a giant trash bag or something!! ... I wonder what would happen if we sent all of that trash into the sun ...

crazy: I don't think it is possible to send all of the trash to the sun. we would need a rocket that was big enough and is able to withstand the heat of the sun and not melt...it would also have to be controlled someplace on earth, no one can withstand the heat of the sun.

except for in that one Superman movie where Superman threw all of those missiles and bombs into the sun ... where is Superman when you need him to clean the planet for you?

crazy:I don't know....I think he retired when he broke his hip in his last battle...he didn't even get hit yet...he was just running towards the villains and his hip broke...

well!!! what kind of invincible super hero gets a broken hip? I'm HIGHLY disappointed in him!

Might log off and play Dragon Quest again and once i have used up all the battery, i'll charge it and get on Roliana XD

yeah, it's like the comic book society at all, or even the old baseball collectors. I wonder if they will ever try to put broken-hip-Superman into some sort of plastic cube when he's too decrepit to fight back ...
