Yay. Food!
If ice cream can't cure it, there's nothing you can do. xD

My mom won't let me have any ice cream.
Which is a good thing. I've decided to actually put SOME effort into losing weight this year. xD

see, that is why it's not my resolution. my resolution is to eat and drink more dairy. they are saying if you add more dairy to your diet it helps your body metabolize your calories faster. or something like that.

xD But what about ice cream?
Am I just supposed to eat cheese and drink a lot of milk?

it just says "dairy" and talks a lot about milk. But ice cream is dairy. I don't see why not if you eat it within reason. like just a scoop or two instead of a full bowl or something. There is no reason to stop eating anything to lose weight, just cut back on the bad stuff, eat less, and eat more of the good stuff.
But yeah, http://2424milk.com/health_weight_adults.php talks all about it.

I love strawberry yogurt as long as it has chunks of real strawberries in it. I can't stand strawberry milk, and again, strawberry ice cream is okay if it has real strawberries in it.

I hate having real chunks of strawberry in it. I think that's what repelled me in the first place. Though thinking about it right now, it makes me hungry.
I don't really like strawberry milk or ice cream.

well, better to use real sugar than artificial sweeteners. you could always start cutting back on the amount of sugar on the berries until you are used to it being less sweet. that's what I've been doing with salt. it's almost painful to eat at my mom's house because of all the salt she cooks with.

well, if your family is serious about this, the sweets should be put away so they are no longer a temptation. also be sure to watch how much bread and pasta you eat. and corn, it's full of lots of natural sugars. try to eat lots of meat and dairy.
