I currently work with my old home ec teacher (which is sorta odd how that worked out since i'm still in college and she's retired) but she decided to teach me how to sew, and I kept breaking her machine! I wanted to go hide somewhere, but she was cool about it. Now, I'm ready to bre- I mean, to use my mom's machine for my cosplay.

@KamiKira: I had all the links open in different windows and was clicking between the 4 windows to compare them. I actually think that the last set, the angel violet, is the most like the picture. The first two seem a little too blue violet than the Vivaldi example pic whereas the angel violet was more of a purple purple. Which set are you leaning towards?

I like them all. My friend really likes the first set, I was thinking the same thing about the last set. But I don't know how it'll look with my eyes. I don't want them to be too bright. My blue contacts are kinda useless since they're sooo abnormally blue that I can only use them for cosplaying. Wearing them everyday, people kept going "HOLY DAMN!" So I'd like to be able to wear it normally, so It's not like they are going to go to waste. But.. hmm... I think I can see what you're saying about the colors being a little too blue.

@KamiKira: lol @ ppl's reactions. so what is your real eye color? is it like, really light or something? I've never had colored contacts before (although I'll need to buy some red ones by May for my Flandre Scarlet cosplay), so I don't really know how they work.

I have brown eyes. But these contacts are SUPER bright XD lol. I had to use them for my Hijikata cosplay, then I bought a new pair when those expired for my Tsuyukusa cosplay.

I've always liked tan skinned girls with dark hair and blue eyes. But I also like the idea of purple eyes. That's why I have an obsession with blue or purple contacts.

I'd have to agree the angel violet I personally like the best out of the pair... But that's just me. XP

Ok. Thanks :D I'll take more input from others, but it seems like a few people are leaning for those as well. I think I tried to order those before and the site ran out.

Why are you nervous? Are you nervous about the use of contacts? They can be annoying, always keep uhhhh eye stuff with you. DX I just blanked on the name!!! But my eyes get a little dry sometimes, so it's good to wettin them when wearing contacts.

Ahhh... I see. Don't worry too much about it though. Take them out if they start to bother you! Remember to keep your hands clean and what not.

brown eyes, eh? I have brown eyes too. I just realized I don't need just red contacts, I need red contacts that I can see through. . . do they make prescription contacts w/ color????

@Mwa: Check them. Sometimes they do. I have 20/20 so I need Plano type, meaning on prescription. And depending on the severity, you might not be able to use contacts. My friend, who is going to be alice, can't wear contacts. She'd be completely blind without her prescription contacts or her glasses. And she refuses to have to wear contacts with glasses, even though she could just as easily remove them.

@ White: DX Good luck! Good thing you have people there to guidde you around. But won't you be missing out not being able to see??

I find various sites that sell contacts. I wish I knew a reliable place to purchase them DX

On the issue of contacts; I sadly can't really use them. Well I can but they are very expensive. Because I have an astigmatism in both eyes they are very expensive and some colors won't come for my prescription. ><
