And the free Ebooks were quite varied. Some excited me; like Alice in Wonderland, Dracula, Arabian Nights, and Aesop's Fables. But all in all, it was a very diverse selection.
Haha, fact Ebooks don't take up space sure is helpful! Space is a huge problem with physical books. I've got two shelves bursting with books, no where to put new ones, and am slowly realizing that I'm not going to know what to do when it's off to college with me... I guess I'll just take as many as will reasonably fit in my dorm and beg mommy dearest to please look after the rest until I graduate!

Nice! I want to read all those. :drool: Except Alice in Wonderland, I just read it recently and wasn't a huge fan. I like Sylvie and Bruno much more! It's by Carrol as well.

Dream- Awwwww, so is adorable! And looks really well behaved. :)

Sooo... Just finished Flirt and started reading Bullet(of the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series). I have to say, that while my interest had been waning the last few books previous, I suddenly felt intrigued once more, and for that I'm glad. I really do love Anita and her many men, regardless of what my friends might say. xD

YES. YES. I finally finished Crime and Punishment! *dances* I loved the characters and the plot was great, but it was SO. SO. tedious. I was pleased by the end, too.
Now I just have to decide what to read next. Book four of the Fey series (The Rival), Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, or Sylvie and Bruno Concluded... Hmmm...

Dream- Oh, dear. XD She's a little monster, then?
I'm pretty good, and you? c:

Taiyo- Feel better soon!

Riakia- Oooooh, that SUCKS! :gonk: Your poor laptop. ;a; I hate loosing all the stuff you had saved.

@Iltu: It's He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named! :O *cowers*

xD

Just finished Bullet. I literally devoured that book in less than two days, which is a record for me as of late. I don't read nearly as much as I used to, but I simply could not put it down. Laurell K. Hamilton has once again pulled me into Anita's world, and now I'm going to anxiously anticipate the next volume as I try to find something else to keep me busy, haha.

... The smiley made with : O is sooo not the look I was going for. xD

@Iltu: She has a devil spawn mode. So it's a coin toss if she's going to be cute or evil. xD
I'm doing good. My friends and I just started a book club. xD

That's awesome... I don't think OK has enough book nerds to start a book club... at least not enough fans that aren't too busy with other stuff to show up... >.>;;

or maybe that's just me and all the other bookworms are sitting at home actually READING the books... o.o;;

So I holed myself up in my room all day, rereading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Someone please punch my avatar in the FACE! :illgetu: I got furious with Voldemort all over again...
And while I was reading, I realized that I've been reading Harry Potter for about a decade now! Crazy stuff. :lol: My oma gave me the books not long after the fourth came out, when I was seven. [/rambles]

Dream- Oh boy, fun. XD Hopefully that devil spawn mode becomes less frequent in the coming months!
Neat! What book are you guys reading first?

I know, right? I was shocked at his complete 180. He'll probably be bitching again soon about something else though. xD

Yeah... maybe... or maybe he's a REAL fantasy character and he really HAS seen the error of his ways and he'll never act bad again. XD It IS fiction... so unlike REAL men... he might stay awesomely sexy and sexily awesome. ^.^

You know it's going to happen eventually!! XD He's got memories from Anita that says she loves Jean-Claude... so theoretically he already knows what it's like TO love him and all the reasons why she does. <3 Just wait. It'll happen in the last book... right before the world explodes... like Jay in that movie... crap... what's it called...? Where God is really Alanis Morissette? ... wait... Dogma... that's right!

xD The last book? I don't want to have to wait that long! It'll be, like, ten years from now, haha. Seriously though... Every time I think Hamilton's starting to wrap things up, she opens another can of worms.

She's probably going to be like Robert Jordan and have so many loose ends that she dies before she finishes it... it would make me sad.

Don't say that! I haven't read any of Robert Jordan's books that I know of, but that's too sad a thought to even think about. Dx

Robert Jordan is where me and a bunch of my friends got our nicknames. His Wheel of Time series... it's set in a completely different world with their own customs and cultures. Different animals and all kinds of magic. It's also *cough* where I got my son's name... and I was ETERNALLY sad when he passed away! I started reading him in the 7th grade. *nods*

Ah, the Wheel of Time. I've seen that discussed here a few times. It seems to be be a bit of a quest in and of itself just to read them all though, so I'm not sure even I'm ambitious enough to tackle it.

Well if I can do it at age 14 then you can do it now~! *nods* LOL. You have to like people that use a lot of descriptions... it's strange though... hiw world is completely VAST and fairly impressive. I loved it so much it's been integrated into my life...

but never as a fangirl of their opinion of something... the answer will always be "it's awesome"... *giggles*

o.o;; holy crap I just realized I started that series over 10 years ago... *cries*
